For each maintenance package, we offer secured online drives from which our customers can easily download the latest updates. On the same secured platform, we offer the opportunity to uploade queries and logs, which are not immediately understandable by our customers.
Of course we offer our customers telephone and remote support. Experience shows that, in most cases, small indications at the right moment are sufficient to produce big advances in the application.
On explicit customer request we also provide networking of our technology users. In this case privacy has the highest priority of course.
