ConSenses Systems

All measuring systems integrate an industrial PC and a microcontroller-controlled measurement card in one housing. These two functional modules are called "Parallel Processing Device" (PPD) and "Real Time Device" (RTD) according to their respective tasks. The following figure schematically shows the interfaces of the respective function modules and their linkage. Furthermore, the figure gives an overview of which input signals and information from different sources can be aggregated and/or converted into corresponding output signals and information, or are available locally in memory and/or for visualization.

All systems have been designed on the basis of many years of experience in order to provide people with the best possible support in identifying problems and finding solutions in technical environments. All systems follow the maxim of always providing the right information to the right personnel at the right time and in the appropriate form. All devices are equipped with necessary software components for data recording and analysis. The included software "ConSenses Manufacturing Data Suite" (MDS) offers a wide range of options for automated and manual data evaluation and analysis.

The intuitive user interface allows simple, fast and secure configuration. Intelligent data handling and sophisticated storage concepts are also controlled from this. Coordinated systems offer consistently high quality in data processing. This is the basis for the sustainable and comprehensive use of data. MDS also provides connectivity to other systems: from central storage concepts to connectors for various business software systems. The recorded data can be temporarily stored locally and processed by integrated software components.

SmartEvaluator is a high-performance tool for professional data evaluation. Large amounts of data are displayed quickly and clearly, and anomalies are reliably identified. For detailed analysis, representative force curves can be dynamically loaded, grouped and marked for comparison. Another functionality is the intelligent characteristic value formation for the identification of process changes, even and especially with very large amounts of data. The characteristic values used reliably reflect physical facts to which practical process changes can be assigned. The browser-oriented interfaces allow for immediate reporting. Tab functions allow you to carry out extensive comparative analyses on a monitor and always keep track of complex relationships. Of course, data sets in standard formats can be exported for individual analyses.

With the ReportTool program module, reports can be created automatically and user-oriented. As a result, you will receive standardised evaluated data in different levels of summarisation. For example. a PDF file with the desired measurands, which contain the full statistical breadth of the input data. On request, this process can be scheduled and, for example, weekly. In this way, the resulting measurement results can be submitted and evaluated in a user-specific manner at fixed intervals and in a familiar dosage form.

With the help of the configuration options of the ConnectAI module, the measurement data can be transferred to other computer systems. Thus, e.g. Entries in databases or visualization systems are made. Data from other computer systems can also be absorbed and further processed, for example for content tables
